End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between RGarnier, 17 rue des missionnaires, 78000 Versailles, Yvelines, France ("we", "us") and the organization or individual installing or using Silently Health ("you").

1. License grant

Subject to this Agreement and your Atlassian Marketplace subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Silently Health solely for your internal business purposes within your Confluence instance.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Sublicense, sell, or redistribute the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

3. Data and privacy

Use of Silently Health is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Termination

This Agreement terminates automatically if you uninstall the app or if your Atlassian Marketplace subscription ends.

7. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
