Silently is an independent software vendor publishing apps on the Atlassian Marketplace. Our apps are available at silently.cc and through the Atlassian Marketplace.
Our Atlassian Marketplace apps access data within your Atlassian instance solely to provide their functionality. Depending on the app, this may include:
We do not access or store the body content of your Confluence pages.
All data processed by Silently apps is stored exclusively within Atlassian's infrastructure using the Forge Storage API. No data is transmitted to external servers owned or operated by Silently.
Silently Health does not use any third-party APIs or services. All processing occurs within Atlassian's Forge platform.
Future apps in the Silently portfolio may use third-party AI services (such as translation or language model APIs). This will be clearly disclosed in each app's individual Marketplace listing and privacy notice before installation.
Configuration data stored by Silently apps (such as threshold settings and health reports) is retained within your Atlassian instance for as long as the app is installed. Uninstalling the app removes all associated stored data from Forge Storage.
As an Atlassian administrator, you have full control over the app installation and can uninstall at any time, which removes all stored data. For any questions about your data, contact us at privacy@silently.cc.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will note the date of the last update at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
