Before contacting support
- Make sure the app is correctly installed via the Atlassian Marketplace
- Verify your Confluence admin has granted the required app permissions
- For Silently Health: check that the space configuration is enabled for the spaces you want to monitor
- Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app if you see unexpected behavior
Reporting a bug
Please include in your email:
- The name and version of the Silently app
- Your Confluence Cloud URL (e.g.
yourcompany.atlassian.net)
- A description of the issue and steps to reproduce
- Any error messages you see
